
Exercise: Single Arm Bent over Rows
How: Single arm bent over rows:
Select your weight: Pick a light to moderate resistance band or dumbbell. With bands, you can perform this standing up straight or hinged, and bent at the waist. With weights, have one hand on a bench or chair for support.
Position your spine: Keep you back flat, core engaged, and a slight bend in your knees.
Start Position: Pull with one arm at a time, with your elbow tucked against your side. Pull the band or weight to your chest. Hold, then return the weight or band to the starting position.
Aim for 8-10 per side, then switch sides, perform each hour, between meetings
Equipment: An exercise or resistance band. Low or moderate weights.
