How: Lying Leg Lift Hold
Lie on your back, with your hands by your side, palms down. (If this exercise hurts your lower back, position your hands under your lower back/ upper glute for cushioning and support.)
Raise your legs 6-12 inches from the ground and hold. Engage your core. Try to keep your neck and head in a neutral position.
Aim for 20-30 second hold. Lower your legs. Perform 2 to 3 reps per hour, between meetings.
